When my two daughters, Yara and Nina, were little, I used to tell them bed time stories from my own creation. I used characters that they could relate to, and picked funny names and plots that got them excited and made them laugh. It was priceless for me to say “it’s story time” and they would race to get ready for bed.
Now that they are adults, they helped me select the characters, the images, and they challenged my plots in a way that improved the story a great deal.
I hope that this fiction story captures the hearts and minds of readers that love ancient history, especially Egypt, and are inspired by the events that may be similar to those of their own.
I hope you enjoy Little Tut: And the March to Thebes as much as I have enjoyed writing it.
